  • The chart's name and its rules
  • A screenshot of what you see, if you can

Chart not showing?

Run through this checklist first — it resolves most cases:

  • ✓The Size chart block is added to your product page in the theme editor.
  • ✓The chart has a rule that matches the product, spelled exactly (capitals count).
  • ✓No chart higher in the list is matching the product first.
  • ✓You've waited a minute after saving, then refreshed the product page.
